AI Internship Guide
A strong AI internship-style project for high school students should not be a name-only placement or a generic class. It should include a real business scenario, defined student roles, milestone deliverables, mentor records, business feedback, and showcase-ready evidence.
Students should participate in problem research, requirement breakdown, AI feature testing, data organization, presentations, and demo delivery. The process should create verifiable records rather than only a certificate.
Students work through a 6-month project cycle around Canadian business scenarios. Roles can include QA Tester, Data Analyst, Content and Marketing, AI Engineer, UI/UX, or Project Lead depending on readiness.
Qualified students can build a project report, 2-3 minute demo video, task records, contribution statement, mentor feedback, business feedback, or project proof support.
