Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Project Lab handles personal information during website consultations, project assessments, parent communication, and project services. The program serves students and families. Students who are minors should involve a parent or guardian before submitting information.

Information We Collect

When you submit a consultation form, we may collect name, email, phone number, student grade, project direction, current level, preferred consultation time, and the message you choose to provide.

During follow-up communication, we may record student goals, project interests, learning background, parent questions, and consultation arrangements.

The website may generate standard technical information through hosting, browser requests, or basic analytics, such as visited pages, device type, logs, and error information.

How We Use Information

To respond to consultation requests and arrange project assessments.

To recommend a small-cohort real business project or 1:1 custom project based on student grade, readiness, and goals.

To improve website content, project explanations, case pages, and parent communication.

To maintain website and consultation system operation for legal, platform security, anti-spam, and service delivery purposes.

Third-Party Services

Consultation forms may be processed through a Cloudflare Worker and sent to the AI Project Lab team using Brevo or a similar email service.

This website is connected to the Flashcoding.ca ecosystem, and some links may direct visitors to Flashcoding.ca or related project resources.

Third-party services process necessary data under their own policies. We use these tools only for service, communication, and security needs.

Student and Minor Information

AI Project Lab serves G7-G12 students. Minors should involve a parent or guardian in consultation, enrollment, and project communication.

We do not ask students to submit sensitive personal information on the public website. If a project involves public display of student work, videos, or names, appropriate consent should be obtained separately.

Retention and Protection

We keep information only as needed for consultation, project communication, service records, and reasonable business purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may ask us to update, correct, or delete consultation information you submitted.

You may contact us if you no longer wish to receive project communication.
