AI Project Lab

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

By accessing or using the AI Project Lab website, submitting a consultation form, or communicating with us about a project, you understand and agree to these terms. If the student is a minor, a parent or guardian should participate in and approve consultation and project arrangements.

Website Information

This website describes AI Project Lab's program model, project directions, tuition, outcomes, and consultation process.

Website information does not guarantee admission, internships, reference letters, funding, employment, or any third-party result.

Assessment and Enrollment

Submitting a consultation form does not confirm enrollment, project availability, schedule, or tuition.

Project matching, cohort model, timeline, fees, and deliverables should be confirmed in later written communication or a formal agreement.

AI Project Lab may recommend different project paths based on student readiness, goals, project difficulty, and mentor availability.

Student Outcomes and Proof

Student outcomes depend on participation, attendance, task quality, teamwork, and project requirements.

Project reports, demo videos, task records, business feedback, reference materials, or internship proof support should not be understood as unconditional guarantees.

The accurate statement is that students who meet project and mentor standards may receive project proof, feedback, or reference support appropriate to their contribution and performance.

Use of AI Tools

Projects may use AI tools for research, design, development, testing, writing, and presentation.

Students should understand, review, and explain AI outputs under mentor guidance, and should not treat unverified AI-generated content as final work.

If a project uses third-party platforms, APIs, or software tools, students and families should follow the applicable platform terms.

Intellectual Property and Showcase

Student contributions, reports, presentation materials, and portfolio content may be used for learning showcases and application materials within reasonable limits.

Business materials, customer data, internal processes, project code, or commercial information may be subject to confidentiality, authorization, or usage restrictions.

Public display of student names, photos, videos, project outcomes, or business information should require appropriate consent or authorization.

Limitation of Responsibility

We try to provide accurate, timely, and useful information, but website content may change as programs, tuition, partner resources, or service arrangements are updated.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Project Lab is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of website information or third-party links.
